The City of Mutare has started the 2020 budget consultative meetings today the 30th of September 2019.

The consultative meetings will be held in all the 19 respective wards and all stakeholders are being encouraged to attend and give their input.

This is a crucial exercise which should be taken seriously and which allows the local authority to come up with people driven 2020 budget, capturing the aspirations and expectations of the residents and stakeholders.

consultative meetings will start in ward 6 and 7 at Dangamvura Beit Hall today the 30th of September 2019 at 16:00Hrs, same as ward 2 at Sakubva Block Yard, 16:00hrs respectively.

The meetings will continue on Wednesday the 2nd of October 2019 with ward 3 and 4 meeting at Sakubva Beit Hall at 16:00hrs.

On Thursday 3 October 2019 ward 13 Residents will meet Pamashades at 16:00hrs, ward 16 at Murahwa Primary School at 16:00hrs respectively.

Friday the 4th of October 2019 consultative meetings will be held in the following wards, Ward 18 08:30rs at Nyamauru bridge, ward 1 and 10 at Moffat Hall 08: 30hrs, Ward 5 at Devonshire Boys Club 12:00hrs, Informal Sector at 12:00hrs at Moffat Hall respectively.

Saturday 5 October 2019 Ward 11 residents and stakeholders will meet at Mutare Junior Primary School at 11:00hrs, with ward 9 residents meetings at Dangamvura Primary School at 11:00Hrs.

Saturday again 5th of October 2019 Ferve Valley residents in ward 19 will meet at Ferne Valley Clinic at 15:00hrs with ward 12 residents meeting on Saturday the 5th of October 15:00hrs at Hillside Gold Club.

Business Community will meet on the 7th of October 2019 in the Council Chamber at Civic Centre, with people living with disabilities meeting on the 8th of October 2019 in the Council chamber at 10:00hrs. Ward 17 and 8 will meet at 16:00hrs at Haarlem Hall and Dangamvura Poly Clinic respectively.
